It's on my mind

I have avoided writing for the past 24 hours or so. I posted some pics, as if this was a digital scrapbook, and it sort of is.

So much has happened over the past 24 hours. So, SO much. I basically broke down in tears, and just felt void of any real emotion, to going to bed last night with a clear conscious.

I have gone from not knowing what the future holds, to seeing reconciliation on the frontier.

Either way, I am trying to maintain a sense of calm and charm, and do things on my terms.

Soo... I don't know how many of you even know about where I am moving to. Or where I am from. Nor do I even know if you ever take the time to watch the videos I post. But for those of you that are truly curious, and will really take the time to learn about me, I am about to share with you the treasures of my home state and home town.

For one, I am from Georgia (for my newer followers.) I moved to Alabama about 6 years ago. I am from a town called, Macon - it is in the heart of Georgia, about 80 miles south of Atlanta. You have to go through it to get to Savannah, which puts me 2 1/2 hours from the Atlantic Ocean, 3 1/2 hours from the Florida state line, 5 hours from St. Augustine, and 2 hours from the North Georgia Mountains. (Not to mention 4 or so hours from Birmingham, where I reside now.)

I found some really GREAT, short videos on my home state. If you have never thought of visiting the south, or if you want to do something OTHER THAN Florida... check it out.

This video shows a good "all around" look at the state in less than a minute!

Here is a little look into my hometown, Macon, Georgia:

Top 10 Reasons to Visit Georgia (it's funny... and a little home made)

My honest goal, has always been to settle on the Georgia coast - here is a beautiful video showcasing the area..

I used to go to Macon to visit family friends and we have gone to Savannah quite often. Not to far from Charleston!
