Just got wonderful news - the egyptian is going to stay with a darling friend of mine in Connecticut! (I used to work in television with this couple. The husband works for Fox News Network.)
Thank GOD he is getting out of Brooklyn (at least the area he is in!) (They live in Wilton, CT. Yes - THAT one.)
Here's hoping for the best.
I think I will fly up the second week in March for a visit...
