The Kind Ones

How observant are you?

I tend to notice most things, unless there is a heck of a lot going on around me. I notice if people are flirting with one another, I notice the insecure ones... the ones who behave like the court jester... the ones who are enemies... or in love. I think we all can identify these types of people fairly easily. It's good old fashioned people watching.

I guess you could say the ones that really stand out to me are the kind ones. The ones who smiled when I came in a room and greeted me. The ones who ask if there is anything they can get me. The ones who make a point to call me from time to time.. or invite me somewhere or just make that extra effort to make my day a nicer place to dwell.

The kind ones.

I do adore the kind ones.

I've been making sure to surround myself with the kind ones a little more.

I need that in my life right now.
