And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom ~ Anais Nin
I guess I have no choice but to continue on my path.. right? At the end of the day, nothing will change, except my choices. Today I chose to throw myself into my life.
I spent the entire weekend at the Mulberry Street Arts & Crafts Festival, a fundraiser for the Middle Georgia Art Association (the non profit my mom has been the President of for the past couple of years.)

Here is an actual pic of me at the festival. This was Saturday, with my friend, Betsy. I was freezing and it was raining.
After the bomb was dropped on me last night.. I decided to check one more item off my list...
I bought plants for my balcony. I still have all of my herbs in their starter kits, but I decided I want some things already pulled together.
So.. without further ado.. here is my container garden at this point:
I bought some Confederate Jasmine, another bigger plant, rosemary, lavender, sweet mint, chives and poblano pepper.
Oh yeah..
And my first bonsai tree! Wish me the best! |
