January 2nd - Final Day in Savannah - Part 1

Thanks for hanging in there with me - I tried to load all of the pics on one post - but it was just not happening.

Sooo...

Second day of 2012 - was also -FABULOUS!

If you have not read the two previous posts, please do so.

I think my trip definitely kept the "MOMENTUM" going!

We got a up a little earlier on Monday (9ish) and spent most of the morning packing everything up. We finally checked out of the hotel and headed back down to River Street for brunch.

We stopped off at Huey's on River Street. Here I am enjoying a cafe au lait!

After brunch, we headed down to Tybee Island - one more time, to see the Atlantic Ocean in the day.

I found the sweetest little group of birds perched out on the jetty.

I got swallowed by a shark!

It was signifigantly colder on Monday. More like low 50s and the wind was kicking!

Strolling along the beach was a wonderful way to enjoy day two of 2012.
