Saturday Surprise

This morning when I woke up, I was unaware that the day would turn into a surprise road trip. Nothing too crazy, just a simple day trip up to Cullman, Alabama with my friend Shannon.

But that's what happened! I hope you enjoy the "snap shots" of our day!

Shannon picked me up in her Jeep - Top off - and through the North Central Alabama countryside we went!

    Looks like a fab trip! You sure do have a way with the camera- was that a village carved into rock in that one photo? The third from the last?

    Yes - It is a mini Jerusalum carved into this rock! It's wild.

    Nicole, I am TOTALLY jealous! These pics are really really fabulous, and it looks like you had a great day! I LOVE doing stuff like that...wish I could make myself take more time to do them. What a gem of a friend you have there! Of course, she'd probably say it takes one to know one. :-)
